Rei is one of Usagi's many friends.She is a passionate teenage girl who has a crush on Usagi's friend,Mamoru.She thinks a lot of her friends,but can be very critical at times,and thinks Usagi is too much of an odangohead to be leader of the Sailor Senshi.Rei lives in a Shinto Temple on Cherry Hill with her grampa. When Rei uses her transformation stick,and says Mars Power,she becomes the Senshi of Mars.Her element is fire.In her first power she puts her hands together andand point with her index fingers.Then,she yells FireSoul and a ball of fire comes turning around. Usagi is deffinetly not who you would expect to be the leader of the Sailor Senshi.She's clumsy,lazy,carefree,and more interested in having fun,and dreaming about guys,than fighting evil.But Usagi is very loyal to her friends,has a good heart,and will do anything to help them.Like Sailor V,Usagi has a special guardian as well.A talking cat named Luna.As Sailor Moon she doesn't totally understand her powers. When Usagi uses her locket,and says Moon Prism Power,she transforms into the Senshi of the Moon.Usagi has a lot of special powers for fighting evil.Using her tiara and saying "Moon Tiara Magic",Sailor Moon turns the youma into Moon Dust.
